You got a pretty good deal, considering the harddisk is @ 7200 rpm.
The current affiliated deal is almost similar to yours: i9200, M755 (a bit better than M745), 512MB Ram 2dimm, 100GB @ 4200 RPM, XGA+, same vid, same burner, almost the same network card, no office, no usb mem key, same 9cell battery, nylon case, 1-year limited (a lot worse than yours 3yrs). Mine came out 2136.50 after 10$ shipping & before tax & after 5% discount.
This is one of the lowest price deal that I have seen in the last few month. It has very good options also.
However, I couldn't argue w/ the sale rep to exchange the harddisk to 60gb @ 7200 rpm <- this is a deal breaker. On the market, 100 GB @ 4200 RPM is 100$ more expensive than 60gb @ 7200 rpm but I think the speed different is quite large.
I will see how's the laptop speed @ 4200 RPM. If it's too slow I might consider returning the laptop in 21-day.
Does anyone know if it's possible to call Customer Care after you received the laptop, and ask for exchange of the harddisk?

$2537 CAD before taxes ($2107USD)
(for those of you playing along at home, I just priced this on Dell.com and it came out to $2397USD - almost $300 more expensive from the US)
