I see that some people fit in 2 hd's 2 Media drives and a tv tuner...Is that Possible?

Simple answer, no. They most likly got 2 extra hard drives and brackes to fit them into their meda bays. So that they can swithc them out.

So what's the grand total now? Anyone want to make a count? So it was 200 a few days ago, now almost a week later, we must be at least approaching the full 500? Maybe that's why sager delayed... So many orders, they can't keep up. Any official counts from Adam?
