Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has the Acer Aspire 1682WLMi....or knows the pros/cons of this laptop.

I live in Aust. so I'll be buying the laptop is Aust. and from my reserach, it seems that diff countries have diff specs, so I"ll list the main ones here.

Acer Aspire 1682WLmi
Intel Pentium M 725 1.6Ghz
2Mb L2 Cache, 400Mhz
256MB DDR RAM (I will be upgrading to 512)
60GB HDD
DVDRW
15.4" screen
64MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9700
Li-ion Battery 65.1 Watt
XP Home (I will be upgrading to XP Pro)

umm, i think thats about it...from cacluation it will end up something along the lines of AU$2500 with the 2 upgrades I want.

Just like to hear some comments from people...I've heard comments from both ends "It's great laptop!" and "Acer is crap"...so I'm a bit lost.
