Ok, the drive in my 700m (24x cdrw sony) reads music cd's, data cd's, dvd's, burns fine.....but when i try to read/install from the software cd "motorola mobile phone tools" the drive wigs out, starts making weird noises, and can't read the disk to start installation. It reads the disk and gets me to the point where I need to read the disk to start formal installation, and then freaks out.
Anybody ever heard of anything like this???
