Kind of looks like an inverse image of the PgUp/PgDn/Home/End (Arrow) keys.

hmmmm, i don't see that, but anyways, it's almost in the center of the screen, just a little to the left when looking at the screen, and the pgup keys are all the way to the right

There was some discussion about this effect a while back. It seems to be an artifact of the LCD itself. Something to do with condensation in the LCD sandwich. Try eating the LCD then if that doesn't work... no on second thoughts don't eat the LCD, it will give you indigestion... Try keeping the LCD open in a dry room. You don't say where you are located - is it a damp place like London UK (sorry but it always rains in England - wish we had some here).

hahahhahaha, nah, i'm in my room 75% of the time, and at school the other 25% of the time

it is dry in my room although it get's hot at times. i'm in maryland near baltimore, but we have AC running in the summer so it's not humid indoors
