9600 vs. 9600XT

I'm looking at getting an All In Wonder video card for my HTPC (Home Theater PC) which may also be used for some gaming when friends are over. Newegg is offering both the 9600 AIW ($154.00) and the 9600XT ($189.00). Both are 128MB, full retail box with remote. In your opinions, would the performance of the XT be enough to warrant the $35 difference? Please keep in mind that value is important, but if there's that big a difference in positive performance in the XT, I'd definately consider it.

Opinions?

According to the review on Tom's Hardware there's barely a 2 - 3 FPS difference between the two in real world applications. Anyone have any info to dispute this article?

Yea, a 9600pro is enough for a HTPC. I would actually shop around for a card with a rage theatre chip instead of gaming performance as priority.
