RF is actually faster than corded...there is no lag with the mx1000.

I'm using a Logitech MX310......and I hate it . I need to find a MX300, it's the only mouse I've ever been able to game comfortably with (I'm left-handed ).

So you suggest I go with the MX1000 as opposed to the Razer Diamondback? How many pixels will it move on the screen when I move my hand one inch (i.e. DPI)?

I'm still not sold on wireless mice and keyboards. Just the idea of the batteries and the chance the RF might be lost momentarily makes me wanna stick with corded.

and there is lag even with the mx1000, because it is wireless. where there is wireless, there will ALWAYS be lag.

whats the diff between the mx510 and the mx500? the fancy red or blue color?
i guess... isnt the MX510 a little more responsive (sp?)

I don't use a mouse. I use a gerbil wrapped in duct tape.

the mx500 > mx1000 ... the mx1000 is still a fine mouse ... and if you don't notice any differences go for it ... but I was certainly happy I could return mine.

I read that post before buying my MX1000...that guy's got some vendetta against logitech or something. You have to remember, a lot of those Anand guys are full of hot air. They know just enough to be dangerous or so much that they don't like anything but...well...what THEY like.

I'm the LAST guy in the world to buy a wireless but I took a shot on this thing and have been blown away fellas...do yourself a favor, buy one (YOU CAN ALWAYS RETURN IT!!) and give it a try.

I gaurantee 9 out of 10 dentists will use this bad boy for the rest of their gaming days.

thats pointless, just get something like the razer diamon back which is twice as fast as the mx510, and it costs the same.

Craig, your other fingers are busy diddling yer nether regions, so you would not have them on the mouse anyways.

only you would think about something like that

I have a 510 and a 1000 and a 310. The 310 is pure crap. The 510 is good more ergonomic. the 1000 is the fastest and the most comfortable. AND IT IS WIRELESS
