Need help deciding

I have definetly chosen to go with Sager after browsing through these forums and researchingfor awhile. But I am trying to decide between the 9860 and the 4750.

The 4750 has the AMD 64 which seems better than the P4 for gaming (I do a lot of gaming and work but the work is mostly typing and reports) but has an AGP 8X video card, which is slowly fading out.

The 9860 seems top of the line right now and it is defiently upgradeable in the future but the 4750 has the 64-bit processor, which is the future. The 9860 also has the PCI-Express video card, which definetly makes it more tempting for the gamer part of me.

The way I want the sytems configured, there is a 500 dollar price difference making the 4750 cheaper. I want a system that is very upgradeable in the future. The 4750 seems like a dead-end to me even though it has the better processor (in my opinion). I just don't feel like waiting 6 months or more for AMD 64 with PCI-Express.

What do you people think?

Processor alone doesn't make the system...its also what your system is paired with... if your a gamer then the 9860 at the moment is the best available..between the two systems there is no comparison..9860 eats the 4750 for lunch

and the 9860 is suppose to suport intels new 64 bit proccesor anyway, so u get the best laptop video card and the possibility for 64 bit computing with the 9860
