Extneral Enclousre Question.

I have a 300GB Seagate HDD and windows XP pro and would like to know if I have to partion my HDD inorder for windows to recoginize it or is it okay to just leave it one large 300gb partion. My enclousure says it can handle up to a 300gb hdd so that part is covered. thanks

I think it should be ok... I'm talking from a 160gb standpoint though. Honestly, I would say partition it into smaller pieces just in case you might want to format the drive at a later date. That's just my two cents
