Are you sure, everything i've read on the forums said that only XP Pro (or win 2000) support HT.

It definitely does. My best friend's PC has HT and is running XP Home. The Task Manager shows two processors.

This is a little off topic(completly is more like it), but it has been a while since I have seen ZeroCool used as somones "handel". More power to you.

Last I checked XP Home does not support dual processors. I am not sure if it supports HyperThreading, but XP Pro is a much nicer OS than Home....atleast in my personal opinion.

Hyperthreading is not multi-processing, so that's the "loophole" MS uses to allow HT in XP Home. It's multi-threaded, to be sure, but not multi-processor aware.

It's funky, but yeah, you see the "two cpu's" in the task manager in XP Home like you do in XP Pro / Win2K
