Yeah looks good as in that it all should work together. Perhaos you'd consider buying DDR2 ram as I think DDR will not be in dual channel. Not too sure about intel's sets

Perhaps a 256-bit vid card would be nicer too. I rather have a 128mb ard that is 256bit.
