5680 keeps freezing...

I have never opened my laptop or messed with any of the parts. I had to send my laptop in this month because the motherboard fried. It is doing this again...
It had been freezing a couple of times before that. Anyone else with the 5680 having any problems like mine?

when does it freeze? What are you doing at the time? Does it just look and you have to hard power it off? What OS? etc etc etc...the more details, the better
