Jeremy--even though you've said you're through posting, I'm sure you're still reading. You say you're trying to do/be better. Always remember this when a situation presents itself and your palms get sweaty and you want to pull a scam--How would I feel if I were the person on the other end selling the item? You'd want to be treated fairly. Sell your item for a fair price and get paid. If you can stop and ask yourself that and still pull the scam, I don't know if you can help yourself on your own. Get help if you want to live any kind of life. I hope you pull through on all the people you owe. You took advantage of people who trusted you. I also believe you deserve some jail time for your crimes. If you're willing to commit them, you should have to repay your debt to society as well as the individuals you violated.

Can i get a list of all people known to have been taken by this individual. A list and way of contact would be greatly appreciated. ANy little bit helps in bringing this to a close. I will forward all correspondence to the agent in charge of looking into this matter.

Man, this guy never gives up. I remember a few months back when he scammed someone else here and he was saying the same crap.

"If you don't have anything to say directly related to this trade, dont post"

If this Kev guy is legit then all I can say is thank god some RAl justice will come to this arshwhipe. Real justice meaning jail time.... I know the new computer crime stuff the fbi is doing will catch up to times soon and bring little spoiled brats like this to justice.

I would also recommend sending this stuff directly to the authorities, as you can't be 100% sure that kev1023 is telling the truth. Its possible that he is karkass on another account.

PLease do send copies of anything to any and all authorities you wish but also give me a list of what you provide so i can forward it to someone who can do something and not toss it aside like im 100 percent sure anyone else will.

Jeez i missed a lot on the thread. I have done everything in my power but actually physically visit Jeremy. I live in WA state and have too many obligations to just visit TX on a random weekend.

Jeremy know's i uncage my attorney if he doesn't pull through with his partial payment. Jeremy also knows that there are plenty of others all over the net that would LOVE to prosecute him. If he doesn't pull through then that is his loss. I would sue for more than just the value of the laptop. He must be smart enough to realize that. Maybe i'm just being a hopeful punk, but I honestly don't see Jeremy scamming me, or any of the other present victims at this given moment. Jeremy is already in enough hot water as it is... Like i posted before, i'll let everyone here know when I receive the partial.

wow just through looking at some of the information emailed to me i see this individual has worked over many people in the amount of at least $10,000+. I dont know how confortable id even feel in getting a refund from him due to the fact it appears as though he pays off one bad deal with another.

Maby thats the root of his troubles. He has a bad deal he can't fix. He knows it and wants to make it right and he got caught up in a very bad endless cycle. all over one bad deal he will always be one deal behind. lol listen to me psycho-manipulate this story. I hope he realizes that he is surrounded. If he has a job, its time to get two jobs. he will still have time for a third (part time) job, eat, and sleep before going back to job #1. or join the military.

Hey wait, don't pawn off the idiots on the military, I don't want to have to deal with them. Besides, the military doesn't really pay that well at the lower ranks.
