Rando, how can you be so blind that you aren't going to get anything back from the guy? Quit saying, "He knows I'll unleash my attorney if I dont get my money" because truly, this sick f*ck you are dealing with doesn't seem to care. You need to take a stand and do something about it or you are gonna be here in a year saying, "This Saturday he is giving me a partial payment!" My advice call the authority, call a lawyer....JUST DO SOMETHING!

I don't mean to come off as an @ss, but I hate to see a seemingly nice guy like you gettin walked all over by a scum like Jeremy.

DAm i just read this whole thread, and I cannot begin to understand what this jackass has put you through. I would have gone out to texas and tracked him down, but that would have created a difficult situation to control. I dont think you should trust anything this guy says, its been well over a month. You are in control now. You have placed him in a pot of boiling water since he now feels the heat and is trying to do right with everyone. I suggest u place the pot lid over this jackass and turn the flames all the way up. i hope you get your units back.. Good luck

My lawyer does know. I'm giving Jeremy until Feb 8th to pay up. Jeremy and my lawyer are well aware of this date.

If in fact Jeremy does not pull through by then, well, that's just too bad for him. I let my lawyer take it from there. Jeremy know's he's in serious trouble, I really think he is going to come clean with everyone so he doesn't end up screwing himself bigtime in the courts.

Rando this guy seems to be pulling your leg. How can you let me him get away with setting the rules? Either way his information of his trades has been forwarded to the fbi fraud division and if i were you id file charges asap. By feb 8th he may be in custody.

Jeremy is going to get nailed the second he comes up with an excuse for Feb 8th. I'll admit, i've given him AMPLE time, but this is his final extenstion.

At this point in time, i'm not too worried because he can either pay by the 8th, or I'll just milk him of the max enforceable by the law. My lawyer is well aware of his actions and i'm just giving him the benefit of the doubt... for the last time. I know i'm taking this slowly but i'm not joking about it either. February 8th is just a week away.

What happened to the Saturday thing? You let him slide on that didn't you? You are playing into his hands. The 8th is going to roll around and if anything he will give you a fraction of the money and make up spme pitiful excuse for more time.

If you are going to do something, DO IT NOW!!! He thinks you are bluffing and he is calling you on it. And right now, it looks like he is winning.

HELL NO..Deal with this now..you have been way to generous...send him an email saying 24hr or I press charges...look at when you first posted this and the date today is 2/1...your playing into his hand and next he will say he is in the hospital with some life threatening disease and needs another extension..Have you not heard enough of his BS? You know if this was me, I would have already had the lawyer jumping down his throat. See the fact of the matter is he knew what he was doing, when he started, and there is no excuse for it. I don't know why you are letting him go for such a long time, knowing that he wanted to f**k you over the beginning.... doesn't that shit piss you off??? Reality TV?

All this makes fascinating reading (the interaction of all the characters spread across the globe - basic story is not that exciting (as of yet no car chases or shootouts)).

Bet there is some hungry screen writer in LA printing off all the replies and trying to make a movie-of-the-week out of it!

Then if the MOW flies, it can become a low budget series to provide filler for all the cable channels.

Any speculations on casting?
