Okay heres the latest.
Ive now tried all the new and old drivers, chipsets, system bios, video bios, settings , another monitor, reformat, drivers ousted in safe mode, pre boot analysis, video card checks, video connection checks and like 4 hours of diagnostics with dell with 2 different techies.....whew.

The result is now I have to send my machine to them which really sucks since I move to Australia in 4 days and will have to deal with service there.
Im going to see if I can update my warranty to a better one (not sure if Im allowed)
So that someone can come out to do the job. Plus the extra accidental coverage would be nice since I will be in new zealand for a while too.

thanks for everyones help here and if anyone has any other ideas Im willing to try if it will save me from getting a new video card.

Now I need to post a question about adding blue tooth (why didnt I order it when they built my machine?!!!! (slams head on keyboard) fjhsfhsklsvlslS

Just thought I'd throw my .02 in. Mine does the exact same thing when I scroll down a page too fast. It jerks badly. I'm curious, has anyone hooked their's up to an external moniter yet to see if it still does it? I havn't really worried about it too much since it doesn't seem to do this in games at all. Mainly just on text pages. Definately and oddity.

I'm running mr9800 no probs here. I think it's either a screw up when they installed it, or defective hardware. I'm surprised a reformat didn't fix the problem. Make sure that you use the drivers from the Dell website first, just to see if the current drivers you are using don't fully support the card.
