Dell representative

Hello, Does anyone ever get a dell representative that did an outstanding job helping them, I don't mean like an alright job but an excellent job. I am trying to buy a laptop but i keep getting a person that doesn't know what he is talking about and i end up explaining everything to him/her, I don't want one with a super strong accent that it makes it difficult to understand him/her

PS this representative has to be able to process EPP Codes, oh and its a home account, PLease provide Extension and a Name...

Help will be GREATLY appreciated
Thanks

The persons that can help you over and more educated is the superviser above him is the manager and then CEO as corporate structure goes. Like being in the U.S. Navy if I had a complaint we had what is known as the chain of command, leading up to the final solution aboard ship which is the Captain.

Go with that and if Dell is true to corporate response that's the way they will handle it, I know I have been there with Dell and our U.S. Navy and the military like it, especially if you do it exactly to their command.

Its extrememly rare to get a really good agent! I've talked to litterally around 75-100 agents and I'd olny say i had about 10 good agents at max. If you're like me and never give up, you'll get what you want

No, you're right, you really have to jump through some hoops and do all the work yourself to get what you want from Dell. In the end, it's still a good deal, but you have to make a chore out of it. But be prepared, if it's this hard to get service BEFORE you buy when they actually have some financial motivation to serve you. What do you expect after you've paid your money and you want some service?

Why call to order rather than go online and order. Seems much more mistake proof. PLus with all the coupons out there. How much more can u actually save???

not so sonicwind. Dell seemed very easy to work with on my recent motherboard replacement.
