Anyone else have problems with processing their order/shipping?

Hey guys,

I made my order for the I9200 on Monday and the guy gave me my order #. So I tried tracking my order on the site and it's been 2 days and still no dice. So I called Dell and had to wait around for a while before being prompted to another # then they told me that there was a problem with the Visa postal code and the postal code of where it's being shipped to so my order was put on hold. So I was prompted again to call my salesman again and he told me that everything was fine and he would get it rushed and would call me later tonight to give me the what's up. Well, I came back from work and no call. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm just so giddy about getting my first laptop and these little hoops that I have to jump through are quite annoying. (Btw, I'm from Canada so naturally, I ordered from Dell Canada)

Sometimes I feel like I spent the money I saved in hassling with Dell. They apologized to me, and sent me a free battery, auto/air adaptor, and international connectors. Unfortunately they sent me all 3 the wrong ones....and the guy who is sending me the replacement battery (the second one) never created the invoice. So in dealing with my "freebie apologies" alone I have spent probably 2 hours of phone time...and that's after the hassles over the laptop itself

2 hours geeze you got off lucky I have about 25 waiting for the Indian translaters to finally get it right, except they forgot to add a manual which added an extra 12 hours now I have 4 manuals, go figure.

Wow, my order status is still put on hold. My salesman told me that he would get everything fixed yesterday. Now I have to jump through the same hoops as I did yesterday to try to get a hold of him. How do I go about about showing my displeasure so I can get some free stuff? I'm not even trying to take advantage of them here, it's just this is such a waste of time.

Well they screwed up my order twice in the first place, then there was the WUXGA screen which took many tries....it was only 2 for the 3 accessories they sent me to 'appease' me LOL

Not that I have a problem with East Indians, but why the **** is my salesperson from Dell... INDIA?!?!!? I mean holy crap, this is such a pain in the ass. I don't want to have to try to contact someone from halfway around the world. I keep getting his damn voicemail saying he's busy. So far my "Dell Experience" has been an extremely negative one.
