Toshiba's XGA screen

I dont plan on getting one but...

I walked into best buy yesterday to look at digital cameras and HOLY CRUD the tosiba P-25 XGA screen was incredible looking..

one of the other tosihiba screens looked sharp also, but it was AMAZING how much better they looked then all the other laptops there... hp's and etc.

I used the P25 for about 2 weeks and it does have a gorgeous screen. Great laptop overall if the weight is not an issue, which I am assuming for most people here it is not.

i can see what your saying about weight, the thing looked huge compared to the other notebooks... BUT that screen was far creamier!

Are you talking about the new wide screen 17inch tosh?

Well suffocate I agree. I was at CompUSA and saw the Toshiba notebook and the first thing that came to mind was; "Wow, that screen is gorgeous!" I feel that its better than most CRT and LCD screens.

Direwolf, yeah it was some 17" widescreen, huge old silver notebook.... if ya could call it a notebook was more like the size of two put together

hmmph damn, just imagine what the casv screen of the upcoming 17 inch will look like then
