Sager service

I got my 8886 from PCTorque a couple of weeks ago and although the machine was everything I expected the MP3 player didn't work properly I contacted Sager in California, sent the unit in and they kept close contact with me by email while they tested the unit (found to be defective) and shipped me a new replacement unit right away even though it was right in the middle of the holidays. Great service!

Great! Glad to hear it! Hopefully as more people have these units for longer periods of time, we'll get more good reports of longevity and good service.

It might get harder on Sager and its resellers as more people buy, but at least sager HAS resellers. If it were all one company handling all of these problems, I'd assume that its service wouldn't be as great as it is, especially considering that it is the resellers themselves who are getting the good ratings.
