opening up Acer 2020 series

Hi people

I have an Acer 2023 and i would like to replace the memory modules. One memory module is located underneath the keyboard. The problem is that i tried to open up the chassis but for some reason i coulnd't.
I removed all the screws and it didn't pop off easily. I tried to open it up using a bit of strenght, but then i got scared and backed off.

I was wondering if anyone can explain me or has pictures of how to do it? I was also thinking of installing a small heatsink on the radeon chip, i wonder if that is possible (ie, there is enough room)?

thanks

I've made a little drawing of the dimm/wireless cover:

As you can see on this picture, the cover has four 'teeth' on the side, so it isn't only held to the chassis by the two lower chassis.
Also, the two screws have a ring around them so you can't take the screws out of the cover.
I would suggest unscrewing them both and them softly pulling either one screw untill one of the 'teeth' pops out.

note: This is based on my own experience with a TM4001WLMi.

thanks for the replies eXor, but unfortunately that doesn't apply to the 202x aspire series (the chassis is different).

Anyone tried experimenting with their laptop? Apart from installing a bluetooth module (i've ordered mine!).
