Is it just me, or is two inches thick just a little too thick?

Wow, 10 pounds for a 15" laptop with PM. I dont know but i think the new dell 9300 might kill this unit totaly.

what is the dell 9300

The ProStar version will actually launched with the GeForce Go 6800 rather than the Mobility Radeon X800, apparently. Will Sager make the 6800 an option for the 7620?

this is the first laptop that has a nice design and color scheme! one thing that is bad about the design is that your arm will block the two front speaker when typing and the screen is only 15.4 they should have it at 17 because of the nice graphics. i give it a 8.5 or 9 out of 10 for now...

Does Adam's thread about the 9860 and the x800 mean that my long wait will be rewarded with an x800 or am I not included in the pending orders?

Whats wrong w/ a widescreen?

I would think all things being the same a widescreen trumps a regular screen, no?

Luke, does this mean that if I order a 9860 right now, I will get one with an X800 gpu at the price that gets quoted to me?

Of course they didn't make the screen 17". This isn't supposed to be the direct competition of the 9860, it's supposed to be for people who don't want a laptop that large and want only 15" or 15.4".

Luke I just wanna congratulate you guys on getting my hopes up [sarcasm - not for real] when I saw the post I was thinking maybe, JUST Maybe this was going to be the 4750 replacement. In all seriousness though im loosing hope on an AMD x800 model.

Ok, I had two things, the first is the pictures of the notebook, one seems to show a widescreen, while the other shows a regular screen, my other question is if this notebook is intended to be the replacement for the 56XX series.

alot of games dont support widescreen so its nice to have a 1600x1200 display
post #38 of 255
games that doesnt support widescreens could be adjusted right? i want widescreen because it has the numeric keypads on the side and bigger screen...

As the semi-review states, there is both a widescreen and normal aspect ration screen avaliable:
