Stuck Pixel

I noticed that you posted a similar complaint on another thread. Sager has an extremely liberal policy when it comes to stuck pixels.

You would be wise to check into this.

When you say middle, do you mean like 1/2 inch from the very exact middle? I think you can return it them. Get an RMA from Sager's website and then they will tell you to send it back, you pay shipping only back, they will pay for shipping the other way.

Your love will be tested when a newer, faster, cheaper model is released of course. Enjoy it for the next few weeks when its "state of the art", and after that just appreciate it for the well designed, reliable out-of-date work horse that it is.

Let's not get all sappy about it. Love is fleeting, especially when it comes to consumer electronics!

Quit stealing my thunder! Love conquers all! hehe

Props go out to myrkat for the siggy! (Even though I did have to add/edit the code manually, so thanks for the layout)

And yes, I did receive the 7200rpm drive in my 4760. I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and received it this past Friday.

Just wish they'd had the m10p, but daddy needs to get work done. (Cross fingers for upgradeability)

Um....I WILL love mine like it is my own child, just as soon as I order it and recieve it. I think that I could see myself, sometime in the future, using the word, 'obsessed.'

I'm leaving for college soon, so I really don't have time for all the hassle. But thanks for the tip .

i understand the newest and greatest video chip is the key for all of you gamers out there. i m not a gamer and unless the apps i m using won t work at all with my hardware i believe i should be happy until the 4690 comes out or even the 4720..hehe

I have used from time to time my neph' Ti G4 500..it is an old machine as far as speed but it is still a great looking tool...

i have the same feeling about the 4670...it will grow old like a great bottle of wine..not old..but vintage..

Just ordered my 4760, will let you all know exactly how much I love it when it arrives......

arggg...... the waiting game.....................

Well, on the other side, at least I know that mine will be shipped in the next 48 hours or so, I would hate to have the insecurity of an unknown shipping date hanging over my head, like I'm sure some of the 8890 people are feeling right about now.
While waiting for my 8890 I got a life...it's on a 30 day trial so I'll return it once the laptop arrives
post #18 of 18
I like my 4760 but I would love it if I could get this machine with the 8890 specifications. Then it would truly be the perfect machine. You would have all that power with a nice big 17" screen. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to keep waiting.
