i lost my reboot disk, can someone tell me where to get a new one plz, i really need to reboot

If you mean your recovery discs, you can order them from Sony. Otherwise you need to burn your own as they don't supply them with the computer. Maybe eBay.

Have you tried using the in-built recovery wizard. I think you press F10 when restarting.

Sony has stopped including them, as have a few other manufacturers. It sucks, for a few bucks saved they make a life a hassle for all their customers.

Making the set of recovery disks isn't a big deal, particularly if you have a DVD burner. Just do it in the background while you're working on something else...
