Still like the 7700M

I'm looking at buying an Alienware 7700m and am reading everything online I can because they're not cheap and there's lots of sh*** online about how horrible the company is. Your 7700m is configured exactly like the one I'm considering and I was wondering - how's the experience been? Are you happy with the computer and Alienware as a company? Have you needed support? Just curious. I'm also looking at Boxxtech. Heard about them on the forums. The exact computer configured on both companies is a little cheaper on Alienware believe it or not.

Ordered mine a few weeks ago, and it's shipping out this week. LIke anyone, I've been on the phone, in the live chat, and on the 'Order Status' section of the website about every 6 minutes 24/7. The AW reps have been EXTREMELY helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I've met some AW Guys at E3 over the years and they seem to be really sincere, and love what they do.

Before Purchasing, I talked to a friend of mine who bought his in 2003. He told me that he hasn't had any problems at all with his laptop, or with support. In fact he told me that AW has the best support he has ever experienced. IN addition, he told me that his laptop is still the best computer that he has ever had, and he includes in that statement his new desktop with the new Athlon dual core, and GF 6800 gt.

Can't wait for the Fed Ex man. THe coolest part is that my birthday is coming up, so it may arrive JUST in time
