Check out the E8010 as well. It's near perfect. Sub 2kg with ati 9700 64mb (not sure about 128mb), very decent screen too.

They seems to be available to a lot of sites in Europe, but not in the Americas.

now it wouldn't compare this one to my Fujitsu Lifebook E8010.
The Amilos are a very cheap series, and this one looks also much cheaper when you see it in real than on this photo.
The good thing about them is you get a lot of fast components for a low price.

Im wanting to get this lappy but heard it gets very hot and the fan noisy.

Also is the amd pentium M1.8 ther better option

I didn't know AMD now makes Pentium process to?!

LoL! You could always replace the processor with faster one purchased from newegg.com or somewhere else.

Yeah, I've read that the Mitact 8050 could get toasty. Hopefully this amilo will be a bit better since it is a mod version of the mitac 8050.
