Firstly, I suggest you build your system and research your parts before even thinking about case modding. But we will suggest a case for you that will accomodate case modding in the future.
Oh, and FrozenCPU is severely overpriced, though service is very good.
Toms Hardware has often been called a liar, overexaggerator and a cheat on large forums such as OCForums, OCA, OCAU, etc. Go figure on their valididty, though sometimes, they do some pretty good comparisons cuz they're so big and have so many resources.
IMO, the best place to get your info is Anandtech.com, they're very accurate most of the time and wont exaggerate, if it's bad, it's bad.

That's about as good as i can think of right now. The storage HDDs you can choose yourself though i suggest Western Digital Caviar drives and the Optical drives, well, most are good, depends on what you want in it.
