audio capture

Hey what is a good FREE program that lets me capture all the audio playing on my computer?? Let me know... Thanks oh and heres a good link for you all http://mywebpages.comcast.net/stubler/DNEP.mp3

Any audio app will do, I recommend Audacity-

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

The real prob is figuring out which rec input to enable as most systems lable it differently.

Go in the sound control panel and find the rec device you have.

Click volume and then properties.

Make sure all the volume control boxes are checked for display.

Finnally try to select each one until one works.

Mine has to be set on "Stereo Mix" whatever that means.

Simple eh?
