lol, no, its not. I've always had my pc's on the floor. They're too obtrusive when they are on the desk and they interfer with the 5.1 sorround.

Is it better to leave it there or to try to take it off and risk paint damage and sticky residue?

LOL, idk. Luckily, since the computer is near the ground, the sticker is too low to see. But it does bother me that its there, it takes away from the clean look of the case. Honestly, I cant believe AW would stoop to putting that on there, thats like HP installing AOL on your computer, AH! But like ^^^ he said, i dont wanna risk taking it off.

you could try it and if there is any residue then use "goo gone", it shouldnt hurt the paint job (ive used it on my car to get all the police and 911 vehicale stickers off) that might work

Since i've written that, i've come to realize that Hard plastic and Glass mousepads are the new "performance" mousepads for optical mice. HA. I guess the one that comes with AW's is from a good mousepad company, but i still hate hard mousepads...

lol, Im not going to lie. Although the laptop is not technically mine, it is....My dad owns a contracting busines and when I started working there, I needed a computer for the office. So I ordered that Area51m and the business payed for it. And since the business is ran right next door to where I live, I take it home whenever I need to to mess around on. I've owned a couple of laptops before, but i really never have a use for them because im never on the go. So, dont be jealous, just go get a job where they will buy you one!

I can't see the pictures - my wife says I should hve gotten the Martian Red, I liked it the more I looked at it.

Now I can see the pictures 2-8-05 very-very nice

Your wife must be kewl to care that much. It would be kewler if she bought a matching sexy leather outfit (more skin than leather - you know the setup) to match the color of your case (well, I mean it would be for you if you find her attractive).

Darth, she promised she'd wear a cute little alien outfit if I can find one.

Nice review all of a sudden I can see the pictures although some are sideways. I just tuned my monitor on its side and now it looks alright.

Benchmark that beast with 3DMarks2001 so I can compare my 21,667 score.
21,751 2-6-05 bumped up the Ultra 432/1120MHz

You couldnt see the pics because I had exceeded my bandwith limit at photobucket. My '01 score was 25,172.

The Sticker Thing

About the Sticker, I recently had to get the Microsoft Windows label off of my Purple Predator door, as I was selling it and wanted to keep the Windows key. A chemist friend of mine suggested of all things, WD40 , to take off the label. I sprayed it a couple of times and let it set overnight. It Actually took till the next afternoon, then the sticker jumped off the plastic all on its own. >
