Yesterday it was at 3, this morning it as at 9, and 3 hours later its at 13.
I'm so so happy !!

mirage, that's awesome. congrats. the only thing more frustrating than playing the phase waiting game, is playing the Fedex waiting game.


i sincerely hope someone from Alienware see's this post, talks to the boss-man and suggests that they bid out the shipping to a faster/cheaper company. Fedex GROUND from Orlando to Boise, Idaho is taking a week. I would have paid the extra money to have it overnighted.... the suspense is killing me!.

Don't let the shipping time discourage you, at least you know YOUR laptop has been built, tested, loaded and is peacefully sleeping and alternatley vibrating with anticipation for you to open up those beautiful black cardboard flaps, tear off the static plastic from her face and... (insert any innuendo here).

mirage, you get it yet?

mine came on Saturday, couldn't pick it up from my boss's house until yesterday.
drove straight home and played with the laptop for a few hours. amazing. worth the wait.

oh damm! you should have it by the end of the day then! if you have a digital camera, make sure you snap a picture of the Fedex truck...

I did enough complaining and Alienware was kind enough to 2Day mine to me. Well from FL to NC is only 2 day anyways but hey nice gesture on there part. I should get mine wednesday sometime, hope its not fedex ground because they usually do not come until after 5pm since it is 2day hopefully is normal fedex and he usually comes about 1pm. It says only one box is being shipped so I am just now worried they shipped everything. I would have to agree they need more shipping options. I would suggest to them also they give shipping options as in nextday, 2day, 3day, and ground so customers that want better shipping can get it. I will let you know if I actually get it wednesday or not. Good luck
