MJ-12m on a truck...somewhere

I just wanted to post up how the phase game/fed-ex game is going for me, to hopefully give a glimer of hope to others still waiting. I ordered an MJ-12m 5500 on 29DEC. Here are the phases:

29DEC: Order Placed
30DEC: Phase 2
01JAN: Phase 3
10JAN: Phase 9
12JAN: Phase 13
12JAN: Shipped (Est. Shipping Date 24 JAN)

I was surprised that AW got it shipped 12 days early, while others on here are still waiting weeks after their estimated date.

Now I get to play the wonderful Fed-Ex game, which is worse I think, because I have little to no trust in Fed-Ex. All I know is that the last record of my packages on their site is that one box departed the sort facility in Orlando while the other arrived at the sort facility. I would think if they both arrived at the same time on the same day that they would have the same status...guess not.

It arrived on 17th and so far everything is good except for the fact that they forgot the remote control. However after 10 minutes on the phone with an AW representative I had it shipped 2-day express to me. So I'm very very pleased with AW so far. Hopefully this brings some light to those depressed by all the negative feedback being posted.
