Nvidia drivers(fx5200)

ok, i have a mobility 9600, and i know that the official ATi drivers(without changing them) don't work for it and you have to use the Omega ones.
But, my friend has a Dell Inspiron(not sure on the model number) with the FX5200. Can he use the official Nvidia drivers, or does he need to use 3rd party ones. if so, can i get some links?

If he has an nVidia card he can use the official drivers
