9200 ---> 9300Dear Michael,
I purchased a 9200. A couple of weeks later, a dead pixel appeared. I called Customer Care in Canada and they transfered me to Technical Support. They decided to send me an exchange unit, which ended up being a 9300 because while my 9200 was being shipped to me, they cancelled the 9200 and didn't have them anymore.
They tried to give me an x300 graphics card but I convinced them to give me the go6800 card instead (they eventually agreed). A week later, I called to find out how my order was going and found out it was cancelled. So, they explained to me what happend but I wasn't paying attention (LOL). They opened another order and it finally shipped 2 weeks later and I just got it a couple of days ago.
Along they way I got $100 back for complaining and also a cool leather looking quicksnap thrown in as well. All in all, I've been pretty happy with how it all went. I got alot of laptop for the money I spent.
