FED EX is the worst delivery service

i just got half my order, it wasn't even brought to me by the driver it was the friend of the fed ex driver. told me that driver couldn't find the other package. its still at the fed ex building. WTF but he could see if the driver could get it and meet me some where WTF well after that i checked the fed ex web site and its still there ok . they both came in at the same time so whats the deal and why the he@@ didnt the driver bing my packages and why did his "friend" bring only one. the friend said the he didn't want to bring them over the moutian because it was bad on the breaks and trans . WTF!!!
my father has the same problem its allways the friend of the driver bringing my dads orders. (same driver) So what did i do but call and complaind and told them every thing and even dad got in to it to. i called and put a tracer on my package sence it wasn't dilvered by 8:00. they said that the local manager at fed ex will try to call me monday to talk to me. i said make shure he does. So now ive only got my wireless card , soundblaster audgy 2 pcmcia card, and the free floppy dive lol and no 7700 prob until monday or tuesday. ok done ranting now

this was my first exp with fed ex. and prob will be my last. depending on what the fed ex local manager says. this has happend several times to my dad when something is sent to him thru fed ex. it was all ways a friend of the fed ex driver whom brought the packages. but heres the deal we live in the mountians and we have seen fed ex trucks come thru here. so we don't know whats the deal. and me and my father have had good dealings with ups and dhl . if some thing is suppose to be delivered that day it should be diliverd by that driver not a friend of that driver.

thats it hardcore i asked this frien where he works and he told me a low rider custom shop. and thats it also i didn't sign any thing neather did my dad and the first package . the woman on the phone when i called told me it was dileverd at 4:30 and i told her it wasn't . she tripped and asked me did i sign any thing . i said no. i held for abit and the phone rang and it was the dilvery drivers friend and i had to meet him in town. when i met him in town i asked him where my other package . he told me they could not find it. o its believable and he tells me the the delivery driver could see if he could get my package and try to get it to me monday , which ground dilevery is closed on monday. and yes this has happend to my father i was out side washing my car and watched at blue civic pull up and ask for my father and i went and got him and the guy handed him his package , the guy left and i asked dad who that was he told me it was his fed ex package and the guy had told him that the driver told him to bring it to him for him. im sorry if u think this unbeliveable but these things has happend. but after what has happend i hope they get a different driver after they investigate this. maybe its just the driver
