where to get RAM?

I was wondering if i got a sager with 512 to cut costs whould i save money buying ram elsewhere???
if so where can i get it??? another 512MB RAM
im planning on getting a 4060

www.Crucial.com is the place that Dell and other major vendors purchase RAM. It's good stuff.
