ok, im officially royally pissed off about my whole situation. i would like to say for the record that the alienware financing department blows. these are the only problems i hear of that come from alienware. they charged the $500 down payment, and im freaking paying interest on it now... wow... im pissed... i better be refunded this... im contacting juan now

So going through the finance department means you are going to deal with situations like this? Im sorry FLAT but there is no way that is any excuse. They have a finance department I am presuming, so that people will use it. Using this service should not fill the order process with lies and deceit. Finance department or not, no excuse for this in my book.

i understand that im just stating that it is a known problem i ordered mine through a corporate account.... got mine no problems what so ever i believe i got it early in fact i would call them about once a week for an update and they where very helpful and they didnt send me my battery... i called them they figured it out and got a new battery less than a week later

Ok, finally everything is settled and it will be coming in in the next week or so.... woot.... and id like to thank steve and juan.... did a great job putting up with my crap... and now... its pushed to the front of production somehow! woot! thank you steve and juan... i think my next comp is gonna be an alienware too.... nice job in helping... woot. *excited*
