I'd hold off passing any judgment until we get a review from a good site using a better notebook. They had to many problems and Tom's site isn't known for being objective. Its interesting read anyways. Its also only the 64 meg version of the 9600 non pro. I can't wait to see hardocp or anandtech do a review of the 9600 pro.
