Yes we do.
Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa and a couple of other places around the world are right hand drive - the reverse of the US, Europe, Canada, Japan and anywhere else that is worthwhile going to

I learnt how to drive a manual in LA many years ago. I found it funny to come back to Oz and have the gear shift on the other side

. Luckily the pedals are in the same order (clutch, brake, gofast)
As Lotus is built in the UK the cars come as is. The Alfa on the other hand has to be changed over. Most manufacturers design cars these days to be built either way.
What I did like about the Alfa being changed over is that they keep the indicator controls and headlight stalk on the same side as the europeans have (indicators on left side, headlights right side) so when you go to turn into a corner your left hand just drops past the indicator stalk then straight onto the gear shift to drop a couple of notches. Nice and smoooooth.
