shouldn't be long now!!!!! Does anyone know usually how long from phase 12 to shipping??

How about from Phase 9 as of yesterday to today? Do you think I'll hit 13? today. Last time I talked to a rep. they said the ship date was still looking right and that was for tomorrow. So I'm hoping he's right.

Actually by the time they even changed my order to phase 13 my order had already shipped. I checked around 3:00pm on monday and it was on 13, and then later that day after I got my tracking numbers fedex said they had already shipped it before then. :P

I got an e-mail for phase 13, but not 14, when you hit 14 they just send you tracking numbers, which you can also get on your order status page.

Just got a fedex pre delivery e-mail!!! Looks like I have to wait like 5 more days before I am abducted!!!

OMG I woke up dismorning and my computer is in Phase 13!!! Haven't got tracking numbers yet, but I'm sure they'll be in my email in a few hours. This is the original estimate for shipping and they're right Nice job Alienware, you've just made my day.

I am really upset about this storm in ny.....I am sure its gonna delay the delivery of my 7700....tracking shows it left orlando but it is probably lost in the snow somewhere. I don't have much faith in fedex (ever see castaway!!).

I know what you mean fastlappy. Mine is somewhere outside of Orlando too somewhere, but I'm in Minneapolis, Minnesota so there's not as much snow, and the city is pretty good with plowing it all before the next day.

Mine still "left Orlando" hmmm.... although Minneapolis is a bit further away then New York is from Miami. They're probably sending it to Minneapolis without stopping.
