Hmmm...maybe not but I would rather have a Motherboard optimized for the processor than just a new proc anyway. Even with the 3.2 GHz procs you'll notice WAY more improvement going to a new Motherboard at 800 MHz than going from 3.0 to 3.2 at 533.
