Hello,guys!
I had a 3 years old toshiba laptop satellite 4200 series. my original CD-rom is TEAC CD-224E part# 1977047B-30. I bought one CD_ROM from ebay which is TEAC CD-224E part# 1977047B-65(also pull out from a Toshiba laptop) because my old one is totally down.
After i replace it. my laptop stop at the front screen---which have the red TOSHIBA icon and i couldn't even go farther to type my password. On the other hand if i plug in my old CD-rom, i can go in and type my password.
so...any suggestion??
Please help me out since i really want my laptop work and able to read a CD, format and install WinXP.
