Hi i was wondeirng when i do the exchange i send my old computer back to them, I was wondering do they check the things that I told them that was wrong about it??? I told them the dvd rom thing makes a wierd sound but it happens ever so often and the back part of the LCD screen is scratched up and the inspirion words a coming off, and there is some light leakage at the bottom of the screen,
What I was wondering is when they recieve my old computer if they don't hear the weird sound that i hear fromt he dvd rom or don't see the light leakage and see nothing wrong would they charge me for anything???
Mind you this is a exchange not a Return by the way i am not being charged for anything at the moment i was wondering if they could charge me in the future??
