My "D" key is messed up

Ok, so my d key wont work unless I push extremely hard on the key, I'm worried that I'll damage stuff inside and it's just a pain in the butt to deal with. (It took me 10 minutes to write this with my......... D)

Any suggestions?

Yes, I tried taking it off, cleaning it, replacing it. No good.

get a new keyboard...
in the meantime, use an external keyboard
