what most of us have found to work best is installing the Asus drivers, but then uninstalling the wifi software that came with it...then just use the native WinXP wifi and that should support WPA...

New bios 0208 is out!

1. 1. 0208.002 is a special BIOS for 64-bit OS
2. 2. When keep on using WinXP32 OS, please re-install WinXP32 after flash BIOS Ver.0208.002

Z80K and Win x64

I've upgraded my BIOS and installed Win x64. I've installed the drivers available on Asus' web page and everything seems to be working fine. It's about time I was able to install this OS, it's been on my shelf for weeks.

All package is beta version... but work fine! Specially the sound device drivers!

I have the z80k as well, but with a 60 gig 5400 hard drive, and a 3000+ athlon 64 (02008.002 bios), 1 gig of memory, ddr 400 and got 2764 on 3dmark 03 (ac power).. I lov this laptop

I had your same problem! Meaning powerDVD 6 wont work and will degrate the transfer speed... I've solved the problem upgrading the invidia ide drivers...
