I just made a backup copy of Spiderman 2 using DVDx Copy Plat. and it did preserve the menu structure.

I also made a backup copy of i-Robot and it didn't keep the menu structure or the DTS soundtrack, just Dolby.

DVD Shrink seems to be the best all around perfomer cuz you can cut out some crap you don't want to help save on compression
