I called dell today because I really need a laptop for university and I want to know if it worth waiting two more week for the x300 or if it was schreduled in two month... so I called dell tech support... I said to the tech guy, I know you dont want to talk about unrelease stuff, but we both know that this product is about to be released and I am just waiting for this moment to buy one. So he was like: huh, I never heard of it, but wait a moment. 20 sec. later he said, well I have nothing on my computer about it, so it's in more than three days. 
... so I told him gently if he could ask someone else. again 20 sec. later... well, probably in february.... To be honest, I am not sure about this info, because I was insistant and maybe he just wanted to shut my mouth, also I think they are recorded, so if anyone of you have 5 min. left, maybe you can try with another one!!!
