If the order is in Phase 5 does that mean they have all the parts? I called and they insist it will ship by Feb2 maybe a day or 2 early.

No, it doesn't mean that they have all the parts. Some parts could still be on backorder.

At this point with some of the things ive been reading who knows if you are really even in phase 5?

While mine sat (and sat...) waiting for parts, it showed in Phase 8. Phase 9 seemed to be when they had enough to put it together.
