Ordered a 5500 on 1/19, and STILL suck in Phase 1. And this is after 2 different calls to AW Sales Agents to see if anything was holding up the process. According to them, everything is in order, but for some reason no one seems to know why my order isn't moving along. "I'll make a note in our system--check the Order Status page tomorrow and you should see some movement with your order...if not call back." And it never moves the next day.
Argh. And I'm paying with a danged AW credit card, to boot. You'd think they would have at least "received payment" at this point, eh?
