Check out their products page
They are obviously jacked up because the links on that page are pointing to local files on their own server!?

Hey Infinity,

I see you are in Florida. What Disney World Resort do you recommend for a family of 5 on a budget (spent most of money on notebook computer) ?

What was the file name? I've looked on the ftp for a 5670 manual but no luck.

it looks like their site is back up. i don't get an error message that it can't be loaded anymore and it looks like it used to.

The Uranus Clarion-Blaster has describe this as a "pre-emptive strike" based on the threat the new models presented to intergalactic peace and security and a major blow to the forces of the resistance, causing panic and hysteria.

Again?

Don't think the 56xx series service manual was ever found, unfortunately.

Here is a link to the manual for the Hypersonic Aviator GX6 which, I believe, is the equivalent to the Sager 5670. Both companies use the same basic manual, but I am not that familiar with the model so somebody else will have to check to see if this is really it.

That is the USER's MANUAL, not the SERVICE MANUAL. Those are available on Sager's site, too... the Service Manual is the REAL technical breakdown one (see my link above for the 888E).

Good effort, though!

Oops! Didn't catch that "service" manual part.

I don't see a "link", just the post that says you downloaded it. Could you please post the link?

Actually, the owners manual for the 5670 computer ISN'T listed on the Sager drivers page, like a manual is for the 8887.

I haven't checked the service manual pdf yet (it's still downloading, very slowly), just hoping someone has a quick answer.

Thanks,

Ah Ha! Well aren't you the sneeky one! That srvmanual directory is HIDDEN when you normally ftp into their site.

Looks like something new to add to my 8890 FAQ.

Don't credit me, credit Rado he found it way back when...

I also don't think you should rush into including that in the 8890 FAQ, as the 8890 is much different internally than the previous 3 888E models... Still, glance through it and see if it's an option for ya... maybe just list it as "an older 888E service manual (take it w/ a grain of salt)" type thing.

Also the usrmanual is hidden normally I could understand the srvmanual being hidden a little but not really the usrmanual being hidden, although i guess you can get usrmanuals other ways too.. the ftp route is a quick way...

I'll make sure it is understood to be the 888x model, though the main chassis is the same, so alot of stuff is the same if one is just trying to get an idea of what it might be like.

Sure smells like it might be... at 7.7KB/sec, I'll let you know tomorrow - that'll be when it's done downloading!
