Got my 4750-V today....

First off, I was very impressed with the whole process with PC Torque. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The computer, I was extremely impressed with the packaging. Everything comes packaged nice, and while this may not matter to some people, it is nice receiving a computer without 1,000,000 cd's and booklets like a Dell. There is an instruction manual and a couple driver cd's. I felt like I needed a seperate closet to store my dell stuff. The screen is amazing. The computer runs great, nice build quality, plugged the cable tv wire in and instantly worked. The bad: USB, Microphone and TV plugs all in the front or front sides. It would be nice if there were atleast 1 or 2 USB in the back and the Cable TV in the back. The wires sticking out the side become somewhat of a nucence. Same with the front headphone jack, if I want to plug my speakers in I have the wire sticking right out front. In terms of quality and performance, I give it a 10. Build layout, a 6. It would have been nice to have atleast some in the back. I know I can by a docking station or USB replicator, still would have been nice if it came that way.

Also, I got a couple of fatal error screens today, the blue one saying driver error, and I need to shut down my computer, any ideas?

Call Sager and ask about it, you may have a defective unit. Also, try a fresh install and make sure you follow the driver installation order shown in the manual to avoid problems. Do a search for 4750 lockups on this forum for more information.

As is to be expected from any reseller, Sager covers tech support and provides the manufactures warranty, we also provide our own 24-7 phone tech support for our customers. When our customers have an issue dealing with Sager, thats is when we step in to mediate, prior to that we are not needed.
