extend ur battery life 18%

Thread Starter
BATTERYLIFE, which makes the Activator for lithium ion and lithium polymer rechargeable batteries, said that an independent group has verified that the gizmo improves capacity by 18 per cent.
The foil, which fits within a mobile phone, was certified by TUV Rheinland in accordance with DIN 60086-1 and DIN 60086-2, said the company.

The report said that lithium ion battery was used in a mobile phone and tested under everyday coniditions. It dischared in 2.53 hours. But after attaching the foil, and testing it several times, the battery worked for nearly three hours.

The €9.99 foil measures 50mm by 35mm. Battery Life said it will bring another bigger foil to market in March for use with notebook machines.

lithium_ion.....
lithium_polymer....
only 18% increase in battery life

lithium_charles
a whopping 40% increase of battery life by tweaking my comp.

statistically speaking, I am the best lithium you could give to a computer.

Does this thread count as spamming with advertising? It sure seems like it to me...

Where can I buy some lithium_charles? Does it work in any laptop?
its not spam cause he linked to an article not a shopping site.

How do you know? Have you used it? Where have you seen it tested? LINKS PLEASE!!!

what we should ban is any link to theinquirer.net

although it seems to have been tested to work, i can't find any to buy and test.

it's also here:

Hmm, I guess I would have slightly more confidence in their claim if it had been spelled your and not ur...
All you need is a Centrino sticker and ur battery life goes up by nearly 19% because the technology is already integrated... I have tested it...I swear...

So this company is claiming that if you wrap your battery in their special foil, you'll get a longer battery life? Bullshit.

All this lithium talk....is everyone's computer bipolar or something?

Hey, I wrapped my head in my new tinfoil hat, and I got a whopping 18% increase in my dosage from the floor nurse... try it, it works!

Have you purchased the product and tried it? Have you seen any links denying the claim? Please post them.

Umm, you're kidding, right? Do I really need to test their product to know that wrapping a battery in tin foil won't make one iota of difference? This thing can't do anything anymore than the crystals people put on their skin to heal themselves. Total BS.

Unless your a smart guy who has a Ph.D in Physics dont doubt this until it is for sale and people have tried it. Have you seen the keyboard which is just a projection of light? This is just as bizare as that is, but nothing is impossible. Of course wrapping a battery in tin foil wont do anything. But putting a strip of foil on a battery which is ionized at a certain value might. So it is possible for men to travel to the moon in 1969 when their space ship had the amount of Ram as a washing machine, but in 2005 it isn't possible for a strip of ionized foiled to add a slight increase in battery life? Please Dr. Guspaz Ph.D explain that to me.

I've been using special foil on my head for years and I've experienced an 18% drop in alien mind-control.

It's a long shot from LED projectors and motion detectors to a tinfoil hat for batteries. Have you actually read the claims this company is making? Don't you think that if all it took to get 18% more runtime out of a battery was to put foil on it, that battery companies wouldn't have done this decades ago?

Plain foil? Ionized foil? There is so much about physics that is just so damn confusing. Plain foil probably wont do anything but ionized foil could. Who knows, maybe foil that is positively charged could do something. It's kinda like how they just found out coffee can fight diabetes. Who would of thought coffee, a stimulant which increases your heart rate and blood pressure by exciting the nucleus accumbens could prevent diabetes.
